1 Roast semolina with 1tsp oil on sim fire untill raw smell goes.
Clean and cut vegitables and leafy vegitables, Squeeze lemon juice
Heat the oil in a pan, season with mustered, cumin, bengal gram, blackgram, curry leaves, put all vegitables, green chilli, mint, termeric, corriander, saute well untill vegitables become soft.
Add water, coconut, lemon juice, salt, garam masala, chat masala- when it starts boiling add semolina stirr well, add Ghee once you turn ofc the gas.
